The Associate Director of Recruitment works closely with the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Enrollment Management to showcase the Mason Gross School of the Arts to prospective students, families, and educators. Identifies and attends off-campus recruitment events aimed at recruiting applicants to Mason Gross School of the Arts. Also reviews graduate applications following university and school benchmarks to process final admissions decisions. Works with community and other colleges to increase access to Mason Gross for transfer students. She will see you on the road!
