Biography

Cassandra Oliveras-Moreno is the Administrator of Communications and Collaboration in the Department of Art & Design at Rutgers University. She is co-founder of Windows of Understanding and the Rutgers Art Network, initiatives designed to bridge relationships within and surrounding the campus community.

Cassandra currently serves on the New Brunswick Community Arts Council, Middlesex County Arts and History Advisory Committee, and EDI Committee in Art & Design. She is Vice President of the Highland Park Library board and a founding trustee member with Design for Public History.

With two decades of experience in the field of arts administration, she has worked in Marketing and Community Relations for a variety of cultural institutions including The Roundabout Theatre Company, Ballet Hispanico, El Museo del Barrio, and The 92nd Street Y. She holds a BA in Spanish and an MCIS in Strategic Organizational Communication from Rutgers University.
