Alana Integlia is an experienced higher education professional specializing in admissions and enrollment management. A graduate of Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, she combines her commitment to the arts with a solid background in strategic admissions operations and financial aid.

Before joining MGSA, Integlia worked at New York University, where she managed admissions for several schools, including the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and the School of Global Public Health. She also oversaw institutional aid and donor-funded awards to support equitable student access. Now, as Assistant Dean of Admissions and Enrollment Management at MGSA, Alana collaborates across departments to strengthen enrollment strategies and enhance student access to the arts.
