I am a current Rutgers student. Can I transfer to Mason Gross?
As a current Rutgers student, you are considered a “school-to-school” transfer. If you are applying as a school-to-school transfer applicant, the first step is to complete the MGSA School to School Transfer/Re-Enrollment Interest Form.
The next step is to submit the Talent Assessment. One to three business days after submitting the form, you will be emailed a personalized link and PIN to access the Talent Assessment. This link is the only way to access the Talent Assessment. Find more information with specific program deadlines on our Transfer Applicants page.
After submitting your talent assessment, you will receive an artistic decision via email. If you are considered artistically admissible, we will complete an academic review after we receive your current semester grades (for Fall applicants, this will take place in June). After completing this academic review, a final decision will be sent to you via email.
If you took a leave of absence or deferred admission to Mason Gross, please email admissions@mgsa.rutgers.edu.
