MM percussion student and BM alum Andrew Bambridge is featured on WNET’s All Arts Rising Artist series this week. The series profiles creative student talent at NYC area universities. The six-minute video and accompanying article feature the musician as he speaks about his journey to becoming an artist.
Andrew Bambridge is a percussionist, composer, and actor known for known for Pixels (2015), Happyish (2015), and The Onion News Network (2011). Born with achondroplastic dwarfism, he plays the marimba on an elevated platform that he fine-tuned with his dad. Bambridge was also featured on the cover of the spring 2018 Mason Gross Magazine.
