Art & Design alum Jennie C. Jones’s “These (Mournful) Shores” is on view in a site-responsive outdoor exhibition at The Clark Art Institute in the Berkshires. The work, a minimalist interpretation of an Aeolian harp (its strings strummed by weather and wind), was featured in The Wall Street Journal. Jones’s new installation as part of the Clark’s GROUND/WORK exhibition draws inspiration from Winslow Homer’s iconic Eastern Point painting.
